your transformation will begin with a free 30minute consultation call with myself. this one-on-one call isnt about the surface level goals - its about learning what truly matters to you. we will cover all basis from lifestyle changes, aspirations, fitness history in order to create a direction and plan towards curating a pathway to success. during this call i will go through my own thoughts on how i will personalise a strategy that tailors to your unique needs, objectives but also allowing you to fully experience a coaching approach that will not only change your body but also surprise you along the way and redefine your purpose and potential.

nutrition coaching

too many times coaches and people have overcomplicated nutrition, as do influencers online. and trust me, i am here to prove that. through the app and 1-1 coaching you will be able to track your food through food diaries, photo uploads, free partner app integrations, track progress and real-time feedback from myself. nutrition is not about the numbers - it is about the education, the relationship and mindset, the balance and creating sustainable habits when approaching food that fits your lifestyle. offering practical tips, guidance and ongoing support to ensure that your nutrition fuels your training plan and lifestyle while still allowing space for all the foods and drinks you may love. there is no restrictions, no diets and no ‘cheat meals’ with me. all food serves its purpose in balance and moderation.

more than coaching

transforming your body is more than just following a fitness plan and nutrition. a lot of an individual’s transformation journey is to do with our mindset and mental wellbeing. when it comes to working with clients i ensure that they feel fully supported, listened to by helping you break through mental barriers, overcome self-doubt, and develop a mindset that is positive towards your body image and progression. we will work together to reframe your limiting beliefs, find your confidence, and learn resilience in order to achieve the plan and conquer the challenges ahead. you will earn an array of skills and tips to build a toolkit of knowledge and tools that will help you shift your mindset that pushes you forwards in reaching your goals, but not just reaching them, surpassing them.

training plan

there will be no more ‘quick-fix’ or ‘fad’ training plans that fail to support, guide and deliver. using a great host coaching app in partnership with tattooed training club, you will be able to access your coaching plan that has been specifically designed for you based off our consultation and sign-up forms. whether you are training at the gym, at home, on the go or each workout is somewhere new - every session in your plan is expertly curated with your goals, your current fitness experience and health + lifestyle in mind. the coaching app provides video demonstrations, tracking weights, sets and reps, detailed exercise descriptions, clear instructions making sure that every step of your experience is seamless and effective. learn to train smarter, not harder.

1-1 coaching

when it comes to weekly one to one coaching with myself inthe gym space, ontop of your training programme through the coaching app, it allows myself to give live feedback, demonstrations, form corrections, break down exercises and give my 100% in person attention to the areas you may be having difficulty with, need more guidance and support in, but also allows in depth discussions and problem solving to be had. these in person one-to-one sessions are designed to keep you on track, dive deeper into your progress and make any strategy adjustments that might be needed. through the app you will have direct messaging, live commenting on your workouts and also have up to 4 one to one pt sessions a month with myself depending on the package you sign up to.

lifestyle + habits

when approaching your transformation a good coach will understand that there is more to it than just what you do in the gym and nutrition - a true transformation is about creating a life that supports your goals in every way. this can be a wide range of areas in your life - from resting, non-negotiable hobbies and tasks, building daily habits that encourage productivity, well-being and self-development, a good nights sleep. when working with me i will help you design a lifestyle that works with you, not against you. with guidance and coaching you will develop routines that are both practical and mindful, ensuring that your success is not just in your career but also in your own practise of taking care of your mind, body and health. slowing down sometimes is the real lesson and being able to implement healthy boundaries that serve a positive and impactful purpose.
